The specialist body. <b>demenz</b><i>SH </i> of the Canton of Schaffhausen is a contact point for people with dementia and their caregivers. It offers competent advice, well-founded information and individual support in all questions and challenges related to dementia. The aim is to promote the self-determination of people with dementia and to enable them to live in their familiar environment for as long as possible.

Tasks

• You accompany people with dementia as well as their relatives in the outpatient area.
• You work together with various specialist bodies and professional groups and actively participate in interdisciplinary cooperation.
• You shape your activity independently and contribute your initiatives and creative ways of working.

Requirements

• You have a degree as a nurse HF or an equivalent degree in the psychosocial area.
• You have completed a subject-specific training in the field of dementia.
• You bring several years of professional experience in accompanying people with dementia.
• You are characterized by high empathy and communication strength.
• You work independently and structured and have good PC user knowledge.
• You are ready to be mobile for incoming consultations.
