Introduction For our Information Systems Division, we are looking for a Data Protection Advisor (DPO) (H/F) whose main mission will be to ensure compliance of personal data management for the Rolex Group.
- Introduction For our Information Systems Division, we are looking for a Data Protection Advisor (DPO) (H/F) whose main mission will be to ensure compliance of personal data management for the Rolex Group.
Application process
- Ensure the application of the Personal Data Protection Regulations within the Group
- Maintain the documentary base, including policies and guidelines
- Publish monthly and annual activity reports
- Managing the relationship and contracts (DPA) with the Group's companies in Switzerland and abroad
- Ensuring the processing of requests relating to the rights of persons
- Ensure the relationship with the Group's trades and maintain the register of processing activities
- Identify and track compliance gaps, participate in compliance audits
- Advise project and operational teams on compliance issues Training the Group's staff Ensuring legal oversight
