- Performance monitoring (KPI: quality, time, cost, service)
- Supply Risk Management to Ensure Business continuity Commercial and operational management
- Negotiation of supply contracts (MSA, Supply Agreement)
- Definition pricing, economic conditions and SLA Management of forecasts and orders Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in similar roles, preferably for pharmaceutical companies
- Consolidated experience in team management and development Great knowledge of the English language Soft skills
- Strong relational capabilities and stakeholders management Problem solving and decision making Result orientation
- Ability to work in complex and regulated contexts
Company and context
- The figure will be responsible for guiding the performance of CMO partners, ensuring continuity of supply, economic efficiency and alignment to business objectives, operating as a strategic interface between the organization and the suppliers.
- The role involves the coordination of a team of 4 people (Switzerland and Italy) and a constant interaction with global stakeholders, in a dynamic and highly complex context.
