As a category A continuing education clinic for general internal medicine, we combine broad clinical care with a high level of specialist specialisation and a dynamic interdisciplinary environment. Every year we look after around 3,500 inpatients. In our interdisciplinary emergency center, we also provide over 30,000 patients per year - versatile and with high medical quality.Our range of services includes acute geriatrics, angiology, endocrinology, gastroenterology, cardiology, nephrology, neurology, oncology and pulmonology, whose ambulatories are an important pillar of specialist care in the region. Tasks: • You support the clinic management in the operational and strategic management of the clinic and actively participate in organizational and business issues • You will analyze and optimize processes and interfaces and develop efficient and future-oriented solutions together with the teams involved • You contribute to budget, forecast, controlling and reporting and create a sound basis for decision-making with meaningful analyses • You take responsibility for interdisciplinary projects as well as transformation and organizational development processes and accompany them from the idea to implementation • You actively participate in the cooperation within the clinic and with central areas such as IT, HR and finance, ensure a good flow of information and support the clinic management in the preparation and follow-up and coordination of important topics and meetings Requirements • You have a university degree (FH/university) in health management, health economics, business administration or a comparable discipline • You bring several years of professional experience in the health care sector, preferably in an acute hospital, as well as experience in business management and organizational development • You think strategically and analytically, safely deal with key figures, budget and controlling instruments and understand how to derive concrete recommendations for action from them. • You bring experience in project and change management • You are organizationally strong, communication-secure and networked thinking and manage to bring together different perspectives and interests and successfully drive change • You convince with your own initiative, determination and hands-on mentality: You like to take on responsibility, stay confident even in demanding situations and bring topics pragmatically and solution-oriented to the goal We offer: Do you want to reconcile family and work well? With more than 1,700 employees, we ensure the extended basic medical and nursing care in the Schaffhausen region. Every year we look after approximately 11,000 inpatient and 90,000 outpatient patients. We are also an important training centre in the canton.
