For our boutique at our manufacturing site Schaffhausen we are looking for a client advisor.

You share our enthusiasm for high-quality watches? You enjoy dealing with people and are known for your open and authentic communication style? You have what it takes to convince our demanding, international customers? Become part of our dynamic team!

ITS RESPONSIBILITY

As a client advisor, creating an outstanding customer experience is your central task. As an IWC brand ambassador, you present our products with great passion and expertise, focusing on the satisfaction of our customers. You are jointly responsible for the sales success as well as the ongoing maintenance and expansion of our customer relationships. Together with your colleagues, you set our standards for an excellent brand presence in the boutique in Schaffhausen and a smooth process in the back office.

ITS QUALIFICATIONS •

Pronounced communication skills and winning appearance

Goal- and result-oriented personality with rapid comprehension

High degree of empathy and service orientation

Several years of professional experience in the luxury goods industry or related industries in the premium segment or in sales

Highest quality awareness coupled with flair for administrative tasks

Flowing language skills in German and English, other languages are an advantage
