- Active monitoring of the agency's client portfolio, identification and exploitation of customers' potential
- Provide quality advice on payment methods, savings, provisioning and basic investment solutions
- Propose solutions tailored to the customer's needs, taking into account his/her personal situation and the specific product offer in the "basic services" segment
- To welcome clients within the Agency, identify their development potential, inform and guide them to specialists
- Develop the current customer base through opening accounts and new relationships
- Manage administrative tasks related to the function in accordance with the regulations in force Anforderungen:
- Experience in customer advice at a Swiss bank that is essential
- Minimum Banking CFC or equivalent Swiss banking training
