Main responsibilities
- Participate in boning, trimming, dismantling of raw materials
- Control the parts to be removed and report anomalies
- Dissolve and trim the parts accurately, respecting the required portions
- Work according to a pre-established cutting plan
- Work closely with the logistics department to ensure smooth operations Required
- Minimum 3 years: Experience in a similar position
- Initial or continuing training completed: CFC de Boucher*ère or equivalent training desired
- You have solid notions of hygiene (HACCP) and safety
- You are a dynamic, open and sociable person
- You work quickly, accurately and autonomously
