Full description

We are looking for an area manager care service and hospitality (70-80%) immediately or by agreement.

Tasks

• You support the company division management in the operational and strategic management of the area as well as in organizational and business management issues
• You will continuously analyze, optimize and develop processes and cross-divisional interfaces
• You contribute to budget, forecast, controlling and reporting processes and create meaningful analyses and decision bases
• You lead, coordinate or accompany cross-divisional projects as well as transformation and organizational development processes
• You prepare management information and support the company division management in informed decisions
• You coordinate the cooperation between hospital, management, corporate divisions and internal services (e.g. IT, HR or finance) and ensure a smooth flow of information
• Promote standardised processes, drive continuous improvement and strengthen cross-sectoral collaboration
• Depending on the strengths You are responsible for the professional or personnel management of administrative employees
