Activities

• Commissioning of CNC and machine tools at the customer
• Provision of user training (hardware and software)
• Fault analysis and on-site maintenance and repair work
• Installation of software updates and system adjustments
• Technical support by phone or remote access
• Travel within Switzerland and Liechtenstein

Requirements

• Basic technical training Automatic technician
• Knowledge of electronics is advantageous
• Independent and solution-oriented working method
• Good language skills in English or Italian ideally French
• Flexibility and pleasure in customer contact

The position includes the commissioning of CNC and machine tools. Training and technical support are also part of the varied range of tasks. To strengthen our customer we are looking for a
