Training manager/r Mediamatik 50% (m/f/d)

Their tasks

• Strategic and organizational responsibility for vocational training in the field of mediamatics with currently 8 learners
• Leadership, coaching and support of practice instructors and ensuring uniform training standards
• Planning and coordination of training rotations, project assignments and learner assignments
• Ensuring high-quality training in accordance with the educational plan and continuous development of training processes
• Recruitment, selection and introduction of new learners in cooperation with the Head of Vocational Training
• Analysis of training results, implementation of quality measures and promotion of modern learning and working methods
• Cross-location cooperation and support for vocational training at other GF locations in Switzerland

Your profile

• Completed training as a mediamatist is a prerequisite
• At least five years of professional experience in media, digital, communication or related fields
• Experience in the training, supervision or professional leadership of learners is expected
• Enthusiasm for digital trends and modern training methods
• Strong communication, organisation and coordination skills
• High social skills and enjoyment of the promotion and development of young people
• Readiness for occasional missions at other Swiss GF locations
