- A HETS or HEdS diploma, or equivalent training, as well as a certificate of advanced studies or equivalent experience.
Application process
- Promote the practical application of the principles of institutional policy in its sector and bring its own action in line with these principles.
- Have good knowledge of medium to severe intellectual impairment and behavioural impairment and ASD as well as demonstrated experience of at least 5 years in the field.
- Have regularly attended continuing training in the field of mental and/or intellectual disability.
- Ideally, a proven experience of at least 5 years in team management. A good knowledge of the health and social network.
- Ability to organize, discipline, sense of responsibility and open mind.
- A proven experience working in a multidisciplinary and cross-cutting team. A good ability to promote change and be able to drive it.
- The mastery of common office tools (Word, Excel and Powerpoint).
