Responsabilita
- Team leadership: management, operational planning and work distribution of the mechanic team Super Puma
- Maintenance & Compliance: Ensuring scheduled, safe and compliant maintenance and modification work
- Coordination: Interface management with Avionic, Sheet Metal, CAMO, Quality, Customers and Management
- Process & Performance: Optimization of processes, resource planning, capacity control and reporting
- Safety & Quality: Promoting an active safety and quality culture in the team
- Development & Capacity: Planning of further developments, ratings, sustainable team and resource strategy Requisiti
- Several years of professional experience in helicopter maintenance or continuous airworthiness, project management experience in the technical or flight-operational environment of at least 5 employees, ideally with a further training in CAS or Human Factors
- Practical knowledge of the EASA Part-145 regulations, EASA Part 66 licence B1/B2 (helicopter) and Type Rating H215 (AS332 Super Puma) of advantage
- Very good German and English language skills in word and writing
- Structured, responsible and safety- B.
