- Abgeschlossene handwerkliche Berufslehre
- Idealerweise Ausbildung oder Erfahrung im Gleisbau sowie die Bereitschaft zur fachlichen Weiterentwicklung
Key requirements
- Abgeschlossene handwerkliche Berufslehre
- Idealerweise Ausbildung oder Erfahrung im Gleisbau sowie die Bereitschaft zur fachlichen Weiterentwicklung
- Erste Führungserfahrung von Vorteil sowie eine entsprechende Weiterbildung oder die Bereitschaft, diese zu absolvieren Organisations- und Planungsgeschick
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie sichere PC-Anwenderkenntnisse
- Hohe Eigenverantwortung, selbständige Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Team- und Konfliktfähigkeit
- Sicherheitsleiter nach RTE 20100 oder Bereitschaft die Ausbildung zu absolvieren
- Bereitschaft, bei Bedarf auch ausserhalb der regulären Arbeitszeiten erreichbar zu sein
