- Abgeschlossene Grundausbildung in der Assekuranz mit Weiterbildung als Versicherungsfachfrau/-mann mit eidg. Fachausweis oder gleichwertiger Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Underwriting von Motorfahrzeug-Flottenversicherungen bzw. Privatkundengeschäft

Key requirements
- Abgeschlossene Grundausbildung in der Assekuranz mit Weiterbildung als Versicherungsfachfrau/-mann mit eidg. Fachausweis oder gleichwertiger Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Underwriting von Motorfahrzeug-Flottenversicherungen bzw. Privatkundengeschäft
- Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung, hohe Eigenverantwortung und Motivation im Umgang mit unseren Partnern
- Analytisches und vernetztes Denken sowie aktive Mitarbeit an strategischen Projekten und der Optimierung interner Prozesse
- Initiative, Kommunikationsstärke, Verhandlungsgeschick und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, jede weitere Sprache ist ein Plus
