- Several years of experience in system engineering, requirements engineering ideally in plant construction
- Sound understanding of requirements management over the entire life cycle, verification and traceability and approval, safety and compliance requirements
- Experience with DOORS NG or comparable tools as well as in the definition of data models and processes
- Very good understanding of systems (mechanics, electrical, software) and the ability to understand complex relationships structuring
- Experience in interface management and in collaboration with customers, authorities and internal departments
- Strong analytical and structured way of working
- Leadership skills and the ability to push issues forward in a binding manner - even without direct disciplinary authority TASKS
- Overall responsibility for requirements and evidence management (A&N) across all project and product phases
- Analysis, structuring and coordination of requirements from customers, approval, safety, IT security and internal sources
- Definition, standardization and governance of A&N processes including enforcement in projects
- Establishment and further development of DOORS NG as a central platform (data structures, workflows, standards, traceability)
- Control and operational implementation of A&N management in projects
- Active management of interfaces to engineering, RAM, approval, project management and customers
- Moderation of goal conflicts and escalation in the event of deviations
- Ensuring complete traceability, reliable evidence, compliance with quality, safety and approval requirements
- Establishment and management of a A&N teams (2 employees) and development of sustainable competencies
- Contribution to the reduction of project risks as well as to deadline and cost security
