Main responsibilities
- First contact point for customers around goods collection, orders and returns
- Reliable collection and smooth processing of customer orders
- Competent customer advice in search of the perfect product – in the shop and online
- Powerful use on the shop floor: Fill up shelves, maintain showroom and ensure goods transfer
- Committed processing of customer concerns behind the scenes in customer service
- Fixed assignments on Saturdays with flexible distribution of pens for the rest of the week
Key requirements
- 2-3 years: Retail trade in the field of consumer electronics
- Good understanding of e-commerce and genuine enthusiasm for the digital shopping world
- Fascination for the range combined with a cool head in stressful moments and high flexibility
