Role overview
Our Sustainability & Economic Policy Directorate is responsible for the management and implementation of the Migros Group’s sustainability, economic policy concerns and customer service.
As programme manager, you control and coordinate the implementation of the Biodiversity Strategy, which affects the entire Migros Group and its value chains & products.

- Control, coordination and further development of the biodiversity program, which includes the implementation of the biodiversity strategy across the entire Migros Group
- Active internal and external stakeholder management for the biodiversity program
Main responsibilities

- In-depth professional experience: in the area of project management in the business context (experience in management consulting, transformations and/or sustainability of advantage)
- Completed studies (uni/ETH, FH, food sciences or in a related field): Preferred study (university, environmental sciences, food sciences or in a related field): German (safe to negotiate) English (fluent): Networked interdisciplinary thinking with strong result orientation and prioritization (achievement of sustainable results)
- Strong analytical & conceptual skills in terms of project management and sustainability
- Effective stakeholder management and coordination of divergent interests
- In-depth knowledge of biodiversity topics, optimally related to the food & retail sectors
- High level of integrity and orientation to sustainable, long-term solutions
