At our production sites Bischofszell (TG) and Burgdorf (BE), we combine the highest quality standards with sustainable and innovative solutions – for customers all over the world. For our production site in Burgdorf, we are looking for a committed person as **Production & Continuous Improvement Intern** for the duration of **12 months** (60-100%). In this varied role, you will work closely with the production manager, support the day-to-day business as well as various continuous improvement projects and get a comprehensive insight into our production processes. You also take responsibility for an exciting AI project – from planning and implementation to employee training. ## Your main tasks: - Analysis and documentation of workflows - Cooperation in continuous improvement projects (e.g. Pitstop) - Accompaniment and support of ongoing productions - Support for production planning - General support of the production manager in day-to-day business - Independent setup, planning, implementation and training of an AI/AI project according to the project mandate ## Your pro
