- Supporting the team leader in the management and organization of the production team
- Working in day-to-day operations and actively supporting employees in production
- Monitoring and ensuring an efficient production process
- Setting up, operating and monitoring production facilities and machinery
- Ensuring the required quality standards and compliance with production specifications
- Detection and correction of faults and initiation of appropriate measures
- Support for the optimization of production processes and workflows
- Implementation and monitoring of quality controls
- Training and support of new employees
- Coordination and support of the team in the event of staff shortages
- Documentation of relevant production and quality data
- Close cooperation with production management and other internal bodies
Requirements
- Technical or craft training completed
- Experience in an industrial production environment
- Initial leadership experience or willingness to assume leadership responsibility
- Technical understanding and enjoyment of working with machinery and equipment
- Independent, reliable and solution-oriented working method
- High quality and responsibility awareness
- Good communication and team skills
- Readiness for day, evening and night shift
- Flexibility and resilience
