Role overview

Responsible for organizational development and skills - Ausschreibung L’EOC the multisite Ticino hospital is present with its institutes on the entire cantonal territory for a total of 1’000 beds.

The organization allows to effectively combine local approach and overall vision, ensuring the population a global and proximity hospital offer, regardless of where the services are required.

Thanks to the commitment and expertise of more than 6,500 employees and their attention to the human relationship, EOC ensures quality health care by taking care of over 41, 000 patients who are deceased a year and providing over 600,000 outpatients.

To complete our team of the Human Resources Area of the Directorate-General, we look for a Responsible for organizational development and skills (100%) Purpose of the function: Support the Human Resources Area and the EOC Directorate General in the implementation of the People's and Culture Strategy, promoting initiatives aimed at supporting the evolution of the organization and development of people.

Ensure coordination of the Organizational Development and Skills Service, promoting the integration of organizational development initiatives, management development, training and development of skills, in order to accompany the evolution of the EOC and contribute to achieving strategic objectives.

Main tasks and responsibilities: Organizational development, Leadership and expertise Promote organizational development initiatives consistent with the People and Culture Strategy, in support of the Directorate-General and Human Resources Managers.

Conduct organizational and climate analysis, identifying opportunities for improvement.

Contribute to the evolution of human development systems, performance and potential evaluation.

Promote the use of HR Analytics and decision support indicators.

Define and coordinate leadership development initiatives and managerial and professional skills.
