- Ensuring the planned plant utilization
- Professional and personnel management of the line personnel Ensure that operational safety, hygiene, quality and work regulations are complied with
Main responsibilities
- Ensuring the planned plant utilization
- Professional and personnel management of the line personnel Ensure that operational safety, hygiene, quality and work regulations are complied with
- Coordination of missions with the technical service Support the department management in training and further development of employees Active participation in the continuous improvement of processes, technical facilities and packaging quality within the area of responsibility
- Maintenance of relevant documents in quality management
- Requirements Technical training Ideally with several years of experience in the filling/packaging of food or similar work areas First leadership experience
- Experience with systems in the field of continuous improvement e.g. (TPM) Experience in dealing with MS-Office High flexibility and readiness for use in 3-shift operation
- Very good knowledge of German in word and writing as well as English is advantageous Cosa of Friamo
