- Independent management of commercial and residential objects incl.
- Preparation of rental contracts and supplements of the Northwest Switzerland region
- Representation of the Coop Cooperative as property owner and tenant in rented properties to tenants, landlords, craftsmen and authorities
- Carrying out acceptances and transfers of rental properties
- Responsibility for quality, value preservation and further development of objects
- Preparation of tenant reports, real estate status reports and responsibility for data maintenance Requirements
- You have professional experience in property management
- You have completed further training as a real estate manager with a federal certificate or an equivalent further education
- You get practiced with digital media and handle it with ease You have a category B driving licence
