- Holistic support of around 250 employees including active participation in the organization of personnel, organizational and cultural issues
- responsibility for the entire recruitment process
- from the need clarification to employment; close cooperation and coordination with internal recruiting
- processing of labour law issues as well as consulting on personnel measures (absences, conflicts, performance, Organisational changes)
- Support and coaching of managers in operational management issues and active involvement of HR-In-Pulsen in day-to-day business
- Further development and optimization of HR-processes and active co-design in the own responsibility area Requirements
- Multi-year experience as HR Business Partner or in a comparable generalistic HR function
- Well-founded knowledge throughout HR-Lifecycle and safety in operational HR-Processes
- Completed HR-Training (e.g.
