Role overview
Planning, organising and directing training in shooting and weapon technology, personal security, tactical behaviour, operational and operational management; implement these together with the specialist instructors and the assigned militia instructors
Participate in the preparation and revision of course documents, training programmes and internal guidelines
Develop and implement training concepts, in particular in the context of the introduction of new equipment and systems
