Key requirements
- Du stellst die Einhaltung von Datenschutz-, Sicherheits- und Compliance-Vorgaben sicher – insbesondere im Zusammenhang mit dem Einsatz von AI-Services und LLM-APIs.
- Du hast bereits praktische Erfahrungen mit generativen AI-Technologien gesammelt und kennst dich mit aktuellen Entwicklungen rund um LLMs und AI Agents aus. Erfahrungen mit Tools und Frameworks wie Claude, MCP-Server oder vergleichbaren Technologien sind von Vorteil.
- Du musst kein Senior Developer sein, nutzt aber moderne AI-Entwicklungstools wie Cursor oder GitHub Copilot, um Ideen schnell zu validieren und erste Prototypen umzusetzen.
- Du bringst Erfahrung mit SharePoint mit und kennst dich mit dessen Konfiguration und Verwaltung aus. Kenntnisse in Dynamics 365, insbesondere Business Central, sind von Vorteil.
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse. Weitere Sprachkenntnisse in Englisch, Französisch oder Italienisch sind von Vorteil.
- Du analysierst komplexe Prozesse, erkennst Optimierungspotenziale und identifizierst Einsatzmöglichkeiten, bei denen AI einen echten Mehrwert schaffen kann.
- Du vermittelst technische Themen verständlich, arbeitest eng mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern zusammen und begeisterst Anwender*innen für neue Technologien.
