Introduction For our Commercial Division, we are looking for a Forecaster / ADV (H/F) whose main mission will be to facilitate sales forecasts and ensure the management and follow-up of customer orders.

- Develop, analyse and update sales forecasts based on historical, trends and market returns
- Monitor variances between forecasts and achievements, identify causes and propose corrective actions
Main responsibilities
- Develop, analyse and update sales forecasts based on historical, trends and market returns
- Monitor variances between forecasts and achievements, identify causes and propose corrective actions
- Manage sales administration: receiving and entering orders in SAP as well as tracking deliveries
- Process customer complaints: contribute to their resolution and implement the necessary corrective actions
- Pilot optimization projects Supply Chain: mapping processes, identifying irritants, proposing improvements and monitoring their implementation Profile
- Engineer training or Master in Supply Chain
- Experience in a forecasting position, ideally in a SAP / Kinaxis environment
- Excellent analytical skills (Excel, Power Query; Python is a plus)
- Very good command of English, both oral and written
- Proactive(ve), proposal force, solution oriented and client
