Main responsibilities
- You are responsible for complying with all legal and internal requirements concerning the environment, chemical safety and the safety of dangerous goods
- You are the preferred contact point for internal teams as well as external partners and authorities such as SUVA or environmental services
- You develop environmental management and chemicals within the segment I of Migros Industry and move sustainable structures to a higher level
- You define processes, standards and responsibilities adapted to practice and ensure that they are implemented on a daily basis.
- You conduct audits, security visits, and risk and hazard inspections, and you deduct effective measures from them.
- You work cross-cuttingly with specialized services such as occupational safety, health protection, fire protection, safety, procurement and maintenance
- You design and coordinate training, awareness-raising and communication campaigns so that security is an integral part of everyone's daily lives
- You assume the technical direction of your field, give clear directions and actively contribute to a strong culture of security
- You assume technical responsibility in your field, you actively use your know-how and you make decisions within the existing jurisdictions and regulations. Required
