- Acceptance and processing of all returns as well as store returns
- Coordination and communication with internal departments, branches and suppliers
Main responsibilities
- Acceptance and processing of all returns as well as store returns
- Coordination and communication with internal departments, branches and suppliers
- Booking and documentation of incoming returns in the system
- Support with cross-departmental tasks within logistics
- Ensuring a smooth process in the returns process Requirements
- Training as a logistician EFZ or further training as a logistics specialist is an advantage
- Forklift license (SUVA-recognized, categories S2, R1, R2) or willingness to acquire this
- System knowledge of WAMAS, SAP and Zendesk is an advantage User knowledge of MS Office programs Fluent German language skills What we offer
