About the role After successful training, the plant manager Recycling (m/f/d) is responsible for:

• Setting up, operating and monitoring the two recycling plants
• Independent troubleshooting and immediate action
• Timely and quality-compliant implementation of order planning
• Maintenance and cleaning work
• Quantities feedback (SAP)
• Ensuring order and cleanliness in the plant area
• Training and instruction of new employees

Your skills and experience

• Readiness for use in 2- to 4-shift operation
• Strong safety and environmental awareness
• Good technical understanding
• Professional experience in a craft environment
• Precise, independent and reliable working method
• High flexibility and load capacity
• Good knowledge of German in words and writing (min. B1)
• Activity at installations with increased noise levels – Hearing protection is mandatory
