- Core team member of the clinic's internal cell therapy program as well as participation in certification-relevant audits
- Ensuring professional, high-quality and patient-centered care taking into account the nursing mission statement
- Active participation in the care as well as planning, controlling and ensuring efficient personnel deployment
- Responsibility for the introduction, support and promotion of employees, learners and students
- Close interprofessional cooperation with doctors, therapists and other specialist areas DEIN PROFIL
- Completed training as a nursing specialist HF/FH
- 2-3 years of management experience in a Swiss acute hospital
