Role overview
Introduction For our Production division, we are looking for a Transverse Project Manager (H/F) whose main tasks will be to develop a portfolio of optimization projects and ensure that the associated objectives are achieved.
You will have to pilot both operational projects, such as optimisation of production management methods, and more strategic projects for the company, such as the evolution of internal or external processes with an impact on sustainability.

- Planning the different phases of the project and monitoring the progress of actions
Main responsibilities

- Identifying, analysing and controlling risks
- Manage budget and optimize resource allocation Coordinate all project team stakeholders
- Ensure effective communication with all stakeholders: team, hierarchy, partners, etc.
- Ensure regular reporting to management and management
- Formulate, formalize and validate key project decisions Profile
- Graduated from an engineering school (Master HES or EPF)
- 3-5 years experience in project management, ideally acquired in a demanding industrial environment
- Proven mastery of project management methods and tools
