Main responsibilities
- Professional and disciplinary management of the welding team
- Planning, coordination and monitoring of welding work in production
- Ensure compliance with quality, occupational safety and deadlines
- Checking and release of welds according to drawings and welding instructions
- Training and further development of employees in the field of welding
- Participation in the optimization of welding processes and production processes (KVP)
- Preparation of working instructions and welding data
- Documentation of quality problems and processes Requirements: Completed training in metalworking Perennial experience in welding
- First management experience (team leadership, foreman, master) of advantage
- Good knowledge in reading drawings and welding plans High level of quality and responsibility
