Rekrutierung, Schulung und Entwicklung des Verkaufsteams
Umsetzung der Unternehmensrichtlinien und Loss Prevention Maßnahmen
Erfahrungen im Einzelhandel, bevorzugt im Fashionbereich
Mindestens 2-3 Jahre Erfahrung in einer Führungsposition
Ausgezeichnete Teamführungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten Leidenschaft für Mode und Kundenservice
Starke analytische Fähigkeiten und KPI-Management-Erfahrung
Fließende Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
