Application process
- You independently process applications from existing and new customers and carry out the exact risk assessment.
- This also includes the ongoing and timely processing of mutations.
- You process incoming dismissals efficiently.
- Correspondence with service providers, insured persons and employees in our field offices is also part of your daily tasks.
- Our insured and employees in our agencies and offices advise you by telephone with a high level of service orientation. You bring that with you
- You have successfully completed basic vocational training as a businessman or businesswoman EFZ, or basic training in the medical sector.
- You speak French fluently and also speak the language in writing, as you carry out daily business mainly in French.
- An exact and forward working method, a respectful approach and a high resilience characterize you.
