- Responsible for a customer portfolio (PKB segment) in the team and contributes to the potential recognition and utilization of new customers as well as to the strategy-compliant acquisition (focus: young people and students) through effective and efficient sales activities
- Active customer support with potential and appointment with customers without potential assessment for basic consulting using analytical sales opportunities and potential advice.
Main responsibilities
- Responsible for a customer portfolio (PKB segment) in the team and contributes to the potential recognition and utilization of new customers as well as to the strategy-compliant acquisition (focus: young people and students) through effective and efficient sales activities
- Active customer support with potential and appointment with customers without potential assessment for basic consulting using analytical sales opportunities and potential advice.
- Holistic needs analysis and potential clarification for identifying and reviewing (financial) customer needs and using existing information for targeted cross-selling.
- Skills and promotion of customers for the use of digital self-service ("Digital Coach")
- cooperation in market processing (especially campaigns, occasions and representative tasks). Requirements:
- Completed banking training or comparable training, certification as a private customer consultant (SAQ) beneficial
- As a customer consultant with strong sales expertise, you convince by a sustainable, demand-oriented and individual support of your customers
- Entrepreneurial personality with a safe attitude, taking responsibility and proactively bringing ideas
- Reliable, socially competent personality with team spirit, initiative and high level of independence
