Role overview
Tasks
- In this role, the focus is on developing and optimizing pricing strategies aimed at sustainable profitability and competitiveness.
- You will work closely with category management, sales and other departments to implement operational pricing tactics
- Participation in the development of a data-based and performance-oriented discount and conditions structure to promote efficiency and transparency
- You continuously monitor the market and analyze competition data to derive concrete recommendations for action
- Conduct data analysis, further develop relevant KPIs and co-design tools for dynamic pricing
- You accompany A/B tests, measure the success of pricing measures and implement strategic specifications in a targeted manner
- Independent input of ideas for the continuous improvement and further development of pricing processes and models Requirements
- Completed studies (FH or university) in economics, business informatics or a related faculty
- First professional experience of 2–3 years in e-commerce, commerce or in a data-driven environment is an advantage
- Experience and understanding of core concepts in pricing
- Very good analytical skills, number affinity and safe handling of data and analysis tools (e.g.
Excel, R, Python, SPSS, Power BI)
- Very good German and English skills, French skills are a plus
- Communication strength, teamwork and a structured, solution-oriented way of working
