- Build the House of Brands concept into a clear consumer proposition that enhances both Rocca's equity and the desirability of its partner Maisons.
- Translate strategic direction into practical creative briefs, communication platforms, campaigns and activation toolkits. Retail marketing and traffic generation
- Develop an annual retail marketing calendar aligned with commercial priorities, store needs, launches, local opportunities and key client moments.
- Design integrated initiatives that drive qualified traffic, appointments, conversion, client acquisition and loyalty across the boutique network.
- Adapt national marketing priorities into relevant local plans, while creating scalable frameworks for international markets as Rocca expands.
- Partner closely with Retail, Sales, CRM and E-commerce to connect marketing activity with client development and measurable business outcomes. Integrated activation and content
- Coordinate events, visual merchandising, digital marketing, CRM, social media, content production and in-store communication as one coherent 360-degree plan.
