• Management of shop staff and preparation of operational plans
• Responsibility for the budget and key figures of the point of sale
• Support in recruiting new employees and learners
• Friendly and courteous advice to our customers
• Optimal product management and ordering of sales and promotional products
• Ensuring a conceptual and attractive presentation of goods
• Care, training and development of learners and employees
• Responsibility for the professional management of the integrated postal agency
• Completion of various administrative activities

We look forward to this profile

• Completed retail training with EGZ or equivalent
• Several years of professional experience in sales or a similar environment (preferably food retailing)
• Enjoyment of active customer contact
• Very good knowledge of German
• High readiness for flexible deployment times
• Independent and reliable working method
• High level of social and professional competence
• Vocational trainer’s card is advantageous
