The Nidwalden Hospital is a modern acute care hospital with 90 beds, around 600 dedicated employees and is responsible for the extended basic care. Tasks: • You will lead the Nidwalden hospital operationally, strategically develop the location and accompany the planned new hospital construction carefully from planning to implementation • You actively participate in the further integration of the location into the LUKS Group and drive corresponding development processes forward. • They bear overall responsibility for high-quality, economical and patient-oriented healthcare. • They specifically promote interprofessional cooperation and at the same time strengthen an appreciative, performance-oriented leadership culture. • They maintain dialogue with internal and external stakeholders and represent the hospital convincingly to authorities, politicians and partner organisations.
