In this position, you accompany the development of individual products from the first technical idea to implementation in production. You combine design, material understanding and practical manufacturing experience and work closely with various internal specialist departments. 02 Your task – Development and technical implementation of individual solutions for different customer requirements in the field of film technology. – Development of prototypes as well as preparation of technical documents, drawings, cutting patterns and digital production data. – Development and selection of suitable tools and tools for production. – Organization and support of the procurement of tools, devices and other production-relevant tools. – Determination and calculation of material and manufacturing costs as the basis for the technical preparation of offers. – Examination of various materials with regard to their technical properties, such as weldability and load capacity. Accompaniment of development projects during the transfer to production and support of first production series. Technical support for project and production managers in the selection of suitable materials, processes and manufacturing processes. – Participation in the optimization of machines, plants and tools. Support in the parameterization and programming of production facilities. Identification of potential for improvement and development of practical solutions for production. 03
