Description of tasks As a clinic manager, you are responsible for the efficient organization of all administrative procedures and processes in the department.
Your main tasks include: In cooperation with the medical management, you are the contact person for medical/non-medical employees of the department and are responsible for the administrative organization/coordination Control and monitoring of the development of case numbers and KPIs as well as the development of measures in cooperation with the medical controlling department Cost center responsibility and budget planning in cooperation with the department management Monitoring, compliance and control of the personnel, material, project and further training budget Planning, coordination, implementation of and participation in (management) Sessions and meetings (including minutes) Resource management within the department such as: Personnel requirements planning for employees including support in recruiting and hiring Planning and implementation of the department's marketing and PR activities in collaboration with Marketing & Communication Taking an active role in optimizing interfaces and processes as well as responsibility for the planning, management and implementation of projects for the further development of the department in collaboration with the various clinics
