Role overview
As a Quality Master and member of the interdisciplinary management teams of the two release trains Neo and Attack, you are responsible for the test process and ensure the quality of our insurance products.
You coordinate ART and cross-cutting tests of the products with the technical platforms on which they are running, support the acceptance of new features and advance the further development of the test process with a focus on test automation.
You can do this with us: you take responsibility for all cross-art and stream tests – from conception & strategy, implementation & coordination to meaningfulness of the test activities.

Key requirements

- Zertifizierungen im Testing z.B. (ISTQB Advanced Level) und/oder iSQI Certified Agile Tester sind ein Plus
- Vertraut mit SAFe und agilen Methoden sowie Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit agile Product Management, Architektur und Feature Teams
- Kommunikative, proaktive und teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit einem ausgeprägten logisch-systematischen Denken und Managementkompetenzen
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Kenntnisse in Englisch
