Housekeeping Manager 100% (m/f/d)
Your daily work
- Operational management of the housekeeping area (including lingerie and floristry) in close cooperation with the Executive Housekeeper
- Independent organisation, coordination and daily allocation of employees
- Deputy of the Executive Housekeeper in absence
- Ensuring cleanliness, order and guest satisfaction according to internal standards (SDH/LHW), including quality controls in rooms and public areas
- Professional handling of guest requests and complaints
- Training, training, promotion and motivation of employees
- Responsibility for uniform management and laundry supply
- Inventory, demand assessment and material ordering
- Participation in budget planning, service and holiday plans
- Close cooperation with front office, technology and other hotel areas
- Active participation in the further development and optimization of housekeeping processes
What we want from you
- Completed vocational training in the field of housing, hotel or similar specialisation
- Several years of professional experience in the housekeeping of the upscale hotel industry, ideally first management experience
- Independent, structured working method with high quality standards and eye for detail
- Joy of leadership as well as communication-strong, solution-oriented team player
- Organizational talent, pronounced cost awareness and resilience in challenging situations
- Very good knowledge of German and English, every other language is advantageous
- Very good MS-Office knowledge and openness for digital hotel systems
