Reservation & Guest Service Agent 80% (f/m/i)

You are primarily responsible for

• the acceptance and booking of reservations made by telephone, in writing or by e-mail
• Retrieving and processing reservations via the various reservation systems
• the active sale and advice of guests on the phone
• Participation in mystery calls and individual coaching afterwards
• Contact person for hotel guests via telephone, acceptance of room service orders and SPA requests
• the sale of hotel vouchers
• Responsibility for guest correspondence
• Processing daily checklists and requests
• active action and prevention of guest complaints, internal training courses available

They have completed vocational training in the administrative field. Ideally, you already have experience in tourism or in the hotel industry. German, English and preferably French are fluent in words and writing. Shift and weekend work is a matter of course for you. They show a high level of performance, are very flexible and resilient and work calmly, accurately and efficiently even under time and work pressure.
