- Du führst personell und fachlich eine Gruppe von rund 10 Mitarbeitenden im Kundensupport Individual Life und steuerst gemeinsam mit ihnen das operative Tagesgeschäft über alle Kanäle (Telefon und E-Mail)
- Du stellst eine exzellente Beratung für unsere Vertriebspartner sowie unsere Kundinnen und Kunden sicher und optimierst kontinuierlich die Arbeitsabläufe
- Du verantwortest die relevanten KPIs (z.B.
- Erreichbarkeit, Servicequalität, Effizienz) und entwickelst dein Team gezielt entlang dieser Ziele weiter
- Du erteilst kompetente Auskünfte und unterstützt dein Team bei Fach- und Prozessfragen im Bereich Einzelleben
- Du bringst deine Erfahrung aus dem Kundensupport aktiv in interne und bereichsübergreifende Projekte sowie Initiativen ein Was du mitbringst
- Erfolgreich absolvierte kaufmännische Ausbildung sowie idealerweise eine Weiterbildung im Bereich Versicherungen oder Betriebswirtschaft; eine VBV-Zertifizierung ist von Vorteil
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Versicherungsbranche, vorzugsweise im Bereich Einzelleben und im telefonischen Kundensupport
- Nachweisbare Führungserfahrung mit direkter Verantwortung für Mitarbeitende – inklusive Führung über KPIs und kontinuierlicher Weiterentwicklung des Teams
- Freude am telefonischen Kundenkontakt, ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsorientierung, hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein sowie Entscheidungsfähigkeit, Eigeninitiative und vernetztes Denken
