- To complete our team of the Central Invoicing Service we look for a(a) Employee/ Central Invoicing Service (100%) Profile: The person we are looking for will be integrated into the team of the Central Invoice Service that is responsible for ensuring for all the health facilities of the Body the correct execution of the recessed activities or centralized invoicing at EOC level, in compliance with the regulations and procedures in force.
- The main tasks will be: To ensure the issuance of invoices and requests for payment in accordance with the current directives and provisions;
- Ensure, at the EOC level, the continuous monitoring of the tariffs in force at the cantonal and federal level, as well as internal prontuaries in the matter of invoicing;
- Ensure hospital facilities the support and assistance necessary for the analysis and interpretation of specific cases relating to invoicing and collection;
- Ensure, through the use of dedicated IT systems, the collection, management and consolidation in the information system of all information and documentation relating to the invoicing and collection processes;
- Manage any disputes or disputes relating to the content of invoices and payment calls promptly, taking the necessary steps to resolve them.
- Requirements: AFC of trade employee or equivalent title; Organizational capacity;
