- self-employed and responsible working practices valid category B ticket
- Your tasks: As a case-leading employee, you control the care process from the first visit with the needs assessment according to interRAI until completion.
- You are the interface for interprofessional cooperation with all involved entities, advise relatives and accompanying health professionals as well as the care team.
- You look after our customers holistically and resource-oriented. We offer you:

- 5 weeks of holidays (from 50 years of age 6 weeks);
