Key requirements
- Formazione come infermiere/a diplomato/a HF, FH o BSc
- Idealmente una formazione supplementare in cure palliative (ad es.
- B2 / CAS) or the availability of acquisition
- Interest per il campo delle cure palliative e l'assistenza a pazienti cronici, incurabili e in phase avanzata
- High competenza sociale e grande capacity di empatia
- Qualification as a registered nurse HF, FH or BSc
- Ideally additional training in palliative care (e.g. B2 / CAS) or willingness to acquire it
- Interest in the field of palliative care and the care of chronic, incurable, and advanced-stage patients Preferred
- Ability to work in a team and pleasure in introducing and instructing new employees, apprentices, and interns
- Good knowledge of German, both spoken and written, required for this role
