- Processing internal requests in cooperation with other departments
- General administrative activities, e.g. ordering of spare parts and processing of manufacturer orders Requirements
- Commercial experience ideally in telephone customer service
- Confident knowledge of German in words and writing, good knowledge of French at at least B2 level and Italian language Good user knowledge in MS Office; SAP experience is beneficial
