Main responsibilities
- You prepare fresh, seasonal dishes from warm to cold dishes
- and design varied menu plans that delight our daily guests of 400 - 700 people
- You advise and serve our customers when serving food and at the checkout
- You take care of administrative activities such as ordering or operational planning
- You optimize operational processes and ensure that the hygiene guidelines according to food safety are consistently implemented
- You plan, produce and set up catering events for 300
- 500 people (approx. 1x year up to 1500 people) for requirements
- Professional experience: Several years of professional experience as a chef
- No training/further training required: in the catering industry (chef or system catering specialist)
- You cook passionately and with high quality standards, enjoy system catering and customer contact
